Here we are back at another work week, so here's the final part of the weekend stuff. Had an excellent night of Friday rpging, as the players were all in good form during the session of The Dying Earth. To be honest, it has been invigorating to get away from the action/adventure or typically serious rpg and run some Vancian Cugel-inspired goodness, where the players take a more light-hearted approach to gaming and where silliness ( Read more... )

Got up this morning at the usual 5:30 am, feeling as if I had only had four hours of sleep. Went to bed at 10:30 pm last night, after taking a couple of Tylenol and a mouthful of sugar-free cough syrup, and slept right through to the alarm. So I know I had at least six hours worth of sleep. It has taken me a few weeks of mulling things over, but I have come to a gaming decision for myself and my two rpg gaming groups.
